Edited to add: the owner emailed me after leaving this review and extended my passes, explaining that the next two weeks are a holiday schedule therefore she does not have the staffing to accommodate the early class. Had such a great class this morning! Woodi got me set up to ride super quickly and was so welcoming. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
Vault is a wonderful little studio that offers cycling, barre classes and more for people wanting to improve and maintain their level of fitness. Classes are offered early morning, midday and early evening so there is always one that fits your schedule. I've been a regular for just over 2 years and have seen a huge gain in muscle tone, strength, stamina and my overall body condition. I strongly recommend Vault cycle to anyone who has an interest in their health and fitness.
Such a great atmosphere and amazing instructors. It’s great for beginners and even advanced riders! Thank you Vault Cycle for all that you do!
