Was having truck issues on highway 20 and luckily vaughns automotive was rate there. They were able to get me rate in and took care of it for a very reasonable price very grateful i would highly recommend this shop.
Had my 2012 caravan exhaust break nobody could get me in or they were way overpriced I called vaughns and Matt got me in and took care of it quick at a price I could afford. I will definitely be using them again I highly recommend!
Was working in the area from 2 hours away when I had my truck exhaust break. They were booked out but Matt was able to take care of it quick when nobody else would. I highly recommend vaughns amazing service and amazing work appreciate everything they did.
I was so grateful for Vaughn's Automotive when I was driving through town from Des Moines to Wisconsin when I ran into transmission problems. They were busy but were able to at least run codes on my car and help me with next steps. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise so I could get a rental car and still try to enjoy my 4th of July weekend. If I lived in Dubuque, this would be my first stop for car issues every time.
It was my first time taking my car to a repair shop. The lady at the desk was rude and made me feel like an idiot. Don’t think I will come back for this reason
