Excellent service. I had my head lights replaced and an oil change.
Matt is beyond a great mechanic, he genuinely cares about not only the vehicle itself but the safety of his customers. He is never afraid of giving input even when it's hard to hear sometimes, but he does it in a way where he puts the customer first. I get very nervous and anxious when it comes to vehicles and sometimes even if it's little concern I take it from a 0 to a 10 but Vaughn's always does a great job at making me feel reassured. Matt is an absolute angel!! The steep pitch of the Ichiban exit (yes I was driving at a normal speed and yes others have had the same trouble! - but no, the restaurant hasn’t fixed it 🙁) caused my car to bottom out and knocked my bumper RIGHT OFF!! We heard a bang and a scrape so immediately pulled over in to the first parking lot, which happened to be Vaughn’s Automotive. Heard great things about the place and decided to stop by with a question about my vehicle. When asking the question I was shocked to hear the response from the receptionist telling me to take my car to a dealership and was pretty stern on it. Would have loved to find a shop that I can trust but still on the lookout for that.
Highly recommend! My car broke down and Matt immediately threw it up on the rack...diagnosed the issues and got the job done right! Can't say enough about how helpful he was!
