We cannot day enough good things about this company. We called and John came out and measured the next day. Jana helped us pick out an amazing piece of stone within our budget. We had some issues with our counters being level and David came in and fixed those timely. When it came time to install our counters the gentlemen who were came were professional and fast having our counters in place looking amazing. I was recommended to Vaughn's by more than one person and told that y'all are the best! I was impressed with Jana and her customer service when I came out and she helped me pick out the stone for my kitchen and visited with me regarding the tear out, refabrication and reinstall of another countertop. However, I have not once received a call back and when I called this morning and was told flat out that since I wasn't a big paying job I could go someplace else, I was so not … See more
