I wish I could give this company negative stars. I regret ever hiring him to do my downstairs remodel. There were issues upon issues from his subs that could have been avoided if he managed them. He was rarely on-site and the work that was performed was terrible. Clearly my job was not lucrative enough for him as he was busy chasing other jobs through Lowe's at the time. First included picture demonstrates this perfectly. I had an electrical floor outlet that they removed at my request prior to installing the new hardwoods. ... read more
Worst contractor in Mt. Pleasant....Save yourself the hassle and stress. Mr. Vaughn thinks he “knows it all” and is very condescending. He does not supervise his subs which results in miscommunication and poor quality...Rest assured that should you have any issues with his company’s work, after the fact—he will leave you high and dry. Replaced aged-out facia on a sunporch. Crew of Butch and Shawn were personable and professional. Butch also answered a few questions we had regarding additional repair/prevention work from a planning standpoint, which was hlepful.
Have had several projects performed by Vaughn Built. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend. Extremely accommodating.
