Fantastic customer service. Jim took so much time with me just to help our company (Junkluggers) formulate a strategy to remove a 1981 hot water heater from a basement where the owners had built over the original entrance. Love it when a company is as friendly and responsive as this one. I know where I'm getting my next hot water heater from!!
I have a VERY OLD Vaughn Energy controller attached to my hot water system. I called and left a message for Tech Support. I received and email and call in less than 10 minutes. Great help with my problem and had it fixed in a jiffy without having to call a plumber or electrician! Thank You!
If you see this dont take the shipping job they will promise you the world and give you dust after run while you can they don't train you and expect you to know everything and the workers will even tell you once you start that the place is a hell hole
