Very pleased with the service received. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called after being referred by my primary dentist. Dr. Benjamin was my Endodontist. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. B and his assistant Israel explained to me what they were doing as we progressed through treatment. They checked on me frequently to assure I wasn't having pain during the procedure. I did require a root canal, a first for me. For me it was no different from any dental procedure. Urgent root canal by Dr. Munoz. Got me in in one day. Very professional staff, Culebra office very clean and modern. Staff and Dr Munoz very friendly, professional, and seemed concerned about my comfort. Excellent technical care. As a physician myself I could not have asked for a better experience (of course would have preferred not to have needed them). Highly recommended without reservation.
The staff here was great. Dr. Benjamin answered all my questions thoroughly and wasn't trying to push unnecessary procedures on me. He gave me the run down on what was going on and I didn't feel like I had no choices. Issac was an amazing assistant and made me feel at ease. I recommend coming here if you need their services.
Dr. Benjamin & Israel provided excellent customer service. Dr. Benjamin explained the procedure thoroughly. The office staff were very courteous and friendly and explained my payment options. I highly recommend this Dental office for root canals.
