For someone who has "dental phobia" I actually enjoyed my first experience with Dr. Vaughn and all his staff. The environment was calm and welcoming. I felt valued as a patient and am so happy with Dr Vaughn's approach to my easing my natural discomfort! Thanks to his vast experience he saw a solution that didn't include expensive invasive procedures. If I ever need a root canal in the future, I feel confident Vaughn Endodontics is the place I'll go.
I had an excellent experience with this endodontist for my root canal treatment. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I recently had work done with Dr. Eitter. She and her assistant were fantastic. They were kind, thorough, and did a great job fixing other dentists' old mistakes. A week later, my daughter had a dental emergency and I texted their number on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. I was so surprised when Dr. Eitter herself responded and helped to navigate her issues until she could be seen in the office. Dr. Vaughn is amazing. The entire Shook Ave office is kind, professional, and truly cares for the patient's welfare. I was pregnant during my treatment and they went above and beyond to answer questions, provide the right care, and ultimately were most concerned with my health and wellness. Dr. Vaughn specifically has a very gentle and kind communication style that goes a long way. What a blessing to have received their help during a stressful time.
Went to this practice for a second opinion for a root canal retreatment. First endodontist I visited was not super confident and aloof. Dr Vaughn was the total apposite… very friendly and confident that the procedure would be successful. He was absolutely right and so very kind.
