Dr. Vaughn was awesome. I was referred to him from my dentist. This is my second root canal but first at this establishment. Great experience from walking in the door, they knew my name and they were prepared. I waiting 2 minutes and already in a chair. His assistant was knowledgeable and they knew this process in their sleep. No pain at all and a solid experience. In and out quickly. Definitely recommend.
I am very impressed with Vaughn Endodontics! From my initial call to completion, everything (and every ONE) was professional and courteous! I knew my financial responsibility going in and there were no surprises. I really dislike having dental procedures, and they took such good care of me. At one point during the numbing process, I felt the assistant's hand on my shoulder which was so reassuring and comforting! I appreciated the staff and Dr. Vaughn so much!
Dr Vaughn and his staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in his office his staff welcomes you and helps with guiding you with filing out your insurance paperwork. To make it more effortless they offer an online service that you may upload your documents directly to their portal. I went in for a root canal. The experience was much better than I anticipated. My autistic daughter is terrified of dentists but needed a root canal done. We were referred to Dr Vaughn Endodontics. Their customer service is superb and welcoming. Dr. Vaughn put my daughters mind and anxiety at ease by speaking directly to her and explaining the step by step process so she knew what to expect. She told me she felt safe and comfortable there. I would highly recommend Dr. Vaughn for your root canal and dental needs.
Dr. Vaughn and his team were amazing! Crystal was very kind and reassuring as she got me ready for my root canal. Dr. Vaughn made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It was a virtually painless experience. I have dental anxiety, but this team made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would highly recommend!!
