Very knowledgeable people the radio tech will go out of his way to help you, he is very friendly & helpful he fixed my electrical problems & fixed my backup camera highly recommend.

The radio technician went above & beyond the call of any technician, he fixed my electrical problems my backup camera & my fuse problems. I never write reviews but this is the second time I've done business with Vaughn Electronics and for the second time I have been overly impressed by their awesome work and amazing customer service. On my first visit they installed a dash kit, 4 speakers, a radio and 1 subwoofer on my golf car and they exceeded my expectations on that. On my second visit they replaced the touch screen on my radio inside my Cadillac, which I thought would be a major hassle of a job. They knocked it out in no time and had me on my way.
