I called over 18 times never received a call back and they never picked up , I spoke to the dealership and said they would give them my name and number called at 8am it’s 4 and never received a call ! Such horrible service and communication for such a small dealership ! I recommend driveing to alexandria dealership Dodge
Dealership is only nice before you buy the vehicle but after that they do not have after service and does not care about their customer after buying. Hidden damage should be shown to customer or at least take accountability if you miss it. I would not recommend buying from this dealership nor I will Be coming back to buy from them. Never make the mistake of running your credit with them unless you're sure. 😡😠
