Spent more time than I wanted to here, but very friendly and the mechanics in there were all working on something. The feller working on mine made sure to check everything before sending me out and on my way. Had some trouble but got it figured out and sent me on my way.
The folks at Vaughn Diesel are absolutely impeccable. After having my truck at THREE other shops and being down for over 2.5 months I was referred to these guys. They had my truck fixed in less than 1 week, communicated with me often, and genuinely cared about the issue with the truck. When I have issues in the future, there is no one else who will touch my rig besides the guys here at VD.
I was in town picking up some vehicles when I had a pretty major failure on my tow truck. Not only were they able to repair it, but the owner pulled a young man named Chandler off his current job to fix my truck, which he had done and back on the road in a couple hours. They could have just as easily told me to drop it off and get in line but he didn't. They are very competent at wrenching on trucks and the folks working there are top notch.
