I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this dental office. My experience with Dr. Sophie Polymeneas, the owner, was extremely disappointing. I found her to be rude, condescending, and highly unprofessional in her interactions with me. A healthcare professional should make you feel respected, heard, and comfortable asking questions, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was quite nervous about visiting a dentist in Canada, especially because of the language barrier. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I found Maxilla Dental and I’m so happy I did! The team is very kind, caring, and thorough. Yeşim has been incredibly helpful with translation, and Ebru has also been very supportive. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Maxilla Dental, especially to anyone who has similar concerns! ❤️
