I had an appointment scheduled, took time off work, and they just didn’t show up. No call, no update—nothing. When I finally reached them, they acted like it was no big deal. Extremely unprofessional.
After getting my windshield replaced, I noticed water leaking into the car when it rained. Took it to another shop and they confirmed it was a poor installation job. I regret trusting Trident with my vehicle.
