Terrible experience at an emergency animal hospital. We were told the wait would be about 1–2 hours, which we completely understood given that emergencies are triaged by severity. Instead, we waited around three hours with our sick cat visibly uncomfortable, groaning and meowing, and nobody checked on him or gave us a meaningful update. At one point, the doctor specifically told us they would see our cat after another dog. I don’t even want to give 1 star !!!!!!Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this emergency clinic. We arrived at around 2:00 PM with our sick kitten and did not leave until approximately 9 PM. For a veterinary emergency clinic, the level of staffing and service was unacceptable. There appeared to be only one veterinarian dealing with multiple patients, which resulted in an exhausting amount of waiting while we were already extremely worried about our kitten. Extremely disappointing experience. We brought our 6-month-old kitten in for vomiting and ended up paying over $2,400. Everything was made to feel like an extreme emergency, and we were even encouraged to keep her overnight, which made us feel like the focus was on increasing the bill rather than our kitten. We waited from around 2 PM until 9 PM before finally leaving. The staff and vets we've seen, are always so kind and helpful. This was the second time I visited and they are always so reassuring and calm during these stressful situations. Always come here for emergencies.

Had a great experience at the vet hospital with Milo! The staff were so kind, caring, and gentle with him. They made us feel comfortable and took great care of Milo. Highly recommend!
