Dr. Ellie was so sweet and took such good care of our cat. The staff in general are extremely nice and accommodating, especially since our cat is unfriendly. Would recommend, just expensive, but that’s to be expected with 24/7 emergency vet clinics.

We are deeply grateful to everyone at the clinic for the care they provided to our beloved cat, Feng. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for, the team acted quickly when she needed emergency care and did everything they could to help her. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, explained her condition in detail, and made sure we understood every step and every decision. I took my Border Collie puppy to this clinic tonight because I was terrified he had bloat. My dog is my whole world, and as someone who has owned large breed dogs all my life, this has always been my biggest fear. I truly thought it was happening. When I called, I completely lost it. I was crying so hard that I could barely get my words out. The woman who answered the phone spoke to me with so much kindness and compassion. TLDR: They saved my dog's life; they care deeply for the animals in their care; the entire team is amazing; if I could give them 100 stars I would. A month ago, my dog Falafel was brutally attacked by a much larger, non-leashed dog while on a walk. The attack left him in immediate need of medical attention, as the attacking dog had seriously wounded him and he was bleeding profusely. Had a wonderful experience here when Buford was in crisis. Great staff. Very attentive. Maggie Dill is an exceptional person and a compassionate vet. Thank goodness we came here when it was time to say goodbye....
