I had to visit the ER for eye wasp sting to my eye. That was the fastest that I have ever been processed through the ER. The nurses made the visit almost enjoyable, given the circumstances. They were a blessing!!!

I was having some chest discomfort for a few days so my husband took me to the Vaughan ER. Everyone who waited on me was caring and very friendly. I really like how they have the intake triage area set up. I've been there at least three times this year for myself and with other family members and I feel this intake method is a good arrangement.
NP Cook was amazing! She was professional, proficient, patient, and thorough. We were in the middle of a LOCKDOWN but she & the staff handled it with the upmost & prioritized care! Also, the wait, service, & discharge time was from 9:45-12:00. I have no complaints at all! 🥰
