When I opened my pool this spring, I had a broken pipe and had to have service done by Vaughan Pools. Due to the weather, it took a bit for them to make the service call, but once they made it to my house everything was great. Nicole did an excellent job! There ended up being other problems besides just a broken pipe and she was able to diagnose them quickly and get the additional parts for me. Brock, went above and beyond. While the parts orders from the manufacturer were not correct several times, he was patient and polite with the CSR's and finished the job with great attention to detail from beginning to end. Demonstrated Wisdom beyond his years. Would recommend Brock for any job.
Brock from Vaughan Pool and Spas fixed my broken filter and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.
We had to replace our liner, and experiences with the previous management soured us with the company. My wife called them, and found out they are under new management and ownership, so we went in and visited with Daniel. We could tell from the initial meeting, that he was sincere about doing the right thing, the right way, so we took a chance and let them do the work. I cannot say enough great things about Nicole with Vaughan Pools! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our pool was repaired and operating properly. We had been dealing with a frustrating leak, and Nicole worked tirelessly to locate the source of the problem and make the necessary repairs so we wouldn't have to continue dealing with the same issue.
