We have been going to Vaughan Pools for two years for all chemicals, closings and openings and the staff is always ready to help us with a smile. Today, we had a first service call to fix a leak between the chlorinator and the filter return pipe. Brock came, figured out what was wrong and replaced a damaged washer. The whole process took around 5 minutes and there is no more leak. I recommend Vaughan Pools for everything that is pool related.

We have dealt with a pool leak for 8 YEARS. Our contractor's multiple attempts to repair the leak did not work. We were ready to fill the pool in. I learned Vaughn was under new management so called them. Nicole came out and opened our pool, did some leak repair, and we are going on a month now with no leaking. I wish we had found her years ago. She has identified a few other issues that needed to be addressed, seems to know her stuff and communicates promptly, which is really appreciated.

We had an issue with our hot tub. We live over 100 miles away almost to Iowa. They sent Brock out within a weak, he is very nice and easy to talk to. He definitely knows what he is doing, had us going in no time at all.
