Nicole and her team give AMAZING service. I had a leak after opening and despite being busy with a lot of other pool openings she personally came over (within 12 hours notice!) and fixed the leak. Couldn’t be happier and don’t hesitate to use them! MUCH better customer service than my prior experience with Columbia Pool and Spa AND rates are much better!
Opened our pool and went in for a water analysis. Employees were great, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them for all our pool maintenance needs!

We bought an above ground Dough Boy pool from The Jefferson City store 3 years ago and are very happy with it. Daniel our salesman did a great job so when we decided to buy a spa we wanted to do business with him. He had moved to the Columbia store so we went there . Our spa was installed 1 week after the purchase and we were using it by that evening. Since the 28th of April I have been in it morning and night most days. My husband wasn’t sure he would like one but he has started plunging in the pool and then using the spa. ... read more
