We just bought a hot tub from Daniel. He was very professional and so helpful! I would highly recommend him and all the wonderful people at Vaughn pools for your spa needs!!!
After switching to new management, this hot tub supply is fantastic. The staff is so helpful, especially Daniel and Amanda. They are out to make sure that your hot tub is working correctly, and to save you as much money as possible. Some people say that it is more important to have a bad hot tub and a good dealer rather than a good hot tub and a bad dealer. With these guys, you get both.
I had a lingering pump issue from the installation of my pool 3 years prior. Since the changing of ownership I was unsure of how this problem would be received. Nichole, Aidan and Daniel stepped up to the plate and took care of the problem, taking on the not so easy task of replacing and installing a brand new pump that had technically passed its window of warranty with no questions asked! The communication, accountability to insure my satisfaction and fully standing behind their product is something I will never forget.
