If I could leave zero stars I would. Have been a loyal customer for 10 years, bought our fiberglass pool and hot tub from them, have had them open and close our pool from the beginning. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! They opened our pool, knowing we were out of town (we were ok with this too because they have always opened)replaced the sand in the filter and came home to an absolute mess as a pool!!!! Sand in the bottom of the pool shooting out of the jets. Called, of course, not their fault. Gave them a chance to fix and correct it. The... read more

I noticed a slow leak in our hot tub. I called Vaughn Pools, who I bought the hot tub from, for service, as I had in the past. TWO technicians came out, examined the tub and told me I had a slow leak. They said they could not do anything about it short of tearing out insulation, handed me a $30 (retail, on line) bottle of Fix A Leak, and gave me instructions on how to do the repair myself which I did myself.
