Nicole went above and beyond to get my pool fixed and clear after issues just kept coming! So kind and knowledgeable! And continues to reach out to make sure things are good.
Several months ago Vaughan Pool hired Nicole, she’s very organized & stays on top of ordering parts & supplies! We recently needed a replacement part & she had ordered extra of the part from the last time. They also hired a new service tech Aiden & he was fantastic! Called before 8 to let us know he was on the way & was at our house shortly after & had the part replaced in no time!! Give them a call!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Vaughn pools and spas since they are under new management. I especially want to give a shout out to Nicole and to Reece for responding so quickly when I need a service call. Amanda and Taylor also offer excellent customer service.
These guys are so nice and helpful! I have been buying my soda ash from them for over 20 years, and the quality, price, and service have always been excellent!
