Stephen and Mante are very helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward. I needed a product that they generally didnt stock but after some diligent searching they ended up finding just what I was after and in stock! Highly recommend!
New pool owner and I have used Vaughn Pools in Jefferson City to verify pool chemical readings and suggestions and they have been more than helpful. With their testing and recommendations, our pool was crystal clear and “easy peasy” to take care of. I recently used them to close the pool and the technician was more than willing to answer all my questions and explain the process. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be using them moving forward and would also recommend their services.
