I went to go get pool chemicals and test my pool to help clean my pool. Service was alright but the employee was very rude and unpolite. he sort of mocked our knowledge of pools and also didn't know how to act profesional, he acted like it was the end of the world after doing the test for our pools and made us feel like we were doing something bad. this really bad customer service would never go again. literally sometimes it just takes a polite and professional guy to help with services and this would've been a nice review a... read more
This is the best pool supply and pool service store there is. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and they’re so good at teaching you what to do that I completely stopped getting pool services because they teach you everything and they test your water to tell you exactly what to get and how much of everything you need to put in. They also provide free chemistry classes to educate their customer. Not to mention how nice and helpful all the workers are.
The team at Vaughan Pool is great. I’ve had a pool for five years and this is the first summer I’ve hired them and have not had any issues. They’re straight up, honest and great to work with. Dean in particular is the one that comes to my house and is a pleasure. He does a great job and gets it done. If you’re looking for a company that you can trust to maintain your pool, these are the guys. Ask for Dean to be the guy who comes to your house. Thanks guys!
Great place, super knowledgeable staff who took more time than I deserved explaining all the ins and outs of pool maintenance to guide my journey as a new pool owner. Would recommend!
