Great experience! The people at this company are beyond helpful with water testing and do not sell you any more chemicals than you need!! My other company just kept telling us to put more chemicals in. These guys have outlined which chemicals are the most important to keep the our hot tub pristine! Really happy to have found this place!!!

Staff over the phone were extremely helpful in getting my supplies in from the warehouse despite a snow storm closing most other stores. I went to go get pool chemicals and test my pool to help clean my pool. Service was alright but the employee was very rude and unpolite. he sort of mocked our knowledge of pools and also didn't know how to act profesional, he acted like it was the end of the world after doing the test for our pools and made us feel like we were doing something bad. this really bad customer service would never go again. literally sometimes it just takes a polite and professional guy to help with services and this would've been a nice review a... read more
