We met with Dr Al-Zahir who is wonderful, however the front staff not so much. Very rude and gives your office a bad name. Not only do they not call to confirm appointments they clearly also don't check vm’s i called and left 3 vm’s to confirm the time of our appointment and no one called us back. I had to call the morning of and confirm the time its horrible. I called for an urgent matter and was told to wait 4 month for a follow up when surgery is needed. So unprofessional i would suggest reevaluating your front end staff.

Questionable integrity of staff and reports. Dr. Al-Zaher seemed like a kind doctor who was willing to help. However, when he called me with my results he mentioned that they did some testing that was not completed. I only had beep test but he was telling me that the other part of the test where I recognize words were also perfectly fine. The only issue is that I never had that part of the test. The experience with the reception staff was extremely disappointing. The front desk was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Simple questions were met with short, unhelpful responses, and there was no effort to assist or clarify concerns. Appointments were not handled efficiently, and communication was poor.
