Have you seen your Google Reviews? No comment about the doctors here, but this clinic should fire all staff, and hire new ones. Terrible, Rude, irresponsible, impolite, never seen such thing ever before.
Dr. Al-Zaher is great. He is taking my concerns seriously and has a very kind and gentle demeanour.
Dr. Al-Zahner was very patient and he went over everything with me.
I was referred to Vaughan ENT clinic but after reading the reviews and the place being too far from me, I decided to go somewhere else. Vaughan ENT has an annoying phone system which calls you with an automated system and tells you when your appointment is. Just like that, you show up to your app on 14-Feb at 10:45. If you do not show up you may/will have to pay $142. The auto system calls you repeatedly whenever it wants like on Sat at 19:34, at 19:39.
