If you have more than one problem, expect it to take months for dr khalil to talk to you about it. He stated to me he can only handle one thing at a time, per visit, so choose carefully about what you want to talk about because you will have to suffer with your other ailments for months while you wait for him. went over my blood test results in 5 minutes, then refused to talk about anything else stating he has to focus on one thing at a time. Staff are extremely rude, helpless, disrespectful. They are not supposed to work if they don’t have customer service skills, staff and manager to be changed ASAP, if the clinic owner read this plz do something ,appointments are very hard to get by phone or in person , telephone calls are not answered, fax are not answered, what’s the point of having a family doctor? receptionist told me to go to ER to fill my medication that I’m taking regularly , Don’t they know that ER is for emergency not for refill prescription?
