Staff are extremely rude, helpless, disrespectful. Avoid this place and Dr. Khalil Khalil at all costs. My experience aligns perfectly with the numerous complaints about his lack of professionalism and questionable ethics. Incompetence & Negligence: Dr. Khalil seems more interested in billing OHIP for unnecessary in-person visits than actually providing medical care.
