The plumbers are nice and knowledgeable but the women at the office are NASTY. If you manage to get past that, then you are good. The scheduler wouldn’t talk to me until I would give her my full address. I just wanted to ask if they did a certain type of work but she refused to answer my question until I gave her my address. The other lady tried to overcharge me at checkout and was upset when I exposed her hanging up on me. Bad customer service. Giving two stars because the plumbers were nice.
Called and was sent to a third party answering service they took my info and said someone would call me back. A couple of days later I got a call back from a posey representative and was told they had to check with their plumbers and would get back to me which never happened. They did the original plumbing on my house when it was being built. This was considered a high priority because it was a high gas pressure issue that already caused one appliance to go out.
