I called to let them know about drug activity on one of the properties they manage in Centerville Ohio involving employees (2 maintenance men) that were openly smoking marijuana on the property in front of children in broad daylight and along with the trafficking of narcotics and apparently it is allowed or condoned but if you are a tenant there is a strict no marijuana policy. I guess that only pertains to tenants and not staff. Here are some pics of the activity that was going on
