Service in our HOA is terrible. Park your car on the road overnight and you get a threatening letter but some residents are allowed to display political signs and flags year round and the landscaping services are horrendous. You can complain, but nothing improves. See pictures of what they allow the landcaping crew to get away with. Damaged lawns in the summer and snow not removed in winter, yet fees just keep going up.
Luana Cossin is and always will be the best!! she bends over backwards for any and everyone, while keeping it professional. she’s always a pleasure to work with no matter the circumstances.
