Had an account with this business for years. They never maintain my gas tank. I rarely use it but when I needed it my tank needed maintenance and I couldn’t use it. Just paid for gas to be brought out and now I can’t even use it due to them not taking care of the property I pay rent for. Called the 24/7 number that’s a joke. I am being put on a schedule.
They can't answer the phone, their mailbox is full. I really think they just don't care. Awful customer service.
Propane was pricy plus charged $75 to do a leak test that more then likely wouldn’t have to had been done but because of something in the notes from dispatcher just went ahead and did one is what I think happened. Didn’t seem they cared too much about figuring out why a leak test was done when I brought it up.
