If I could give Vaughan Elite School zero stars, I would. After years of sending our kids to learn swimming here, they scammed us out of money and sent me in circles to get unused credits back without actually doing anything. I am out of pocket for hundreds of dollars and got no response from this school. Completely unethical behaviour.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Chiara and share our experience. My 5-year-old son had tried a few different swim schools and instructors in the past, but he never really progressed or enjoyed the lessons. That all changed when he started working with Chiara. Excellent swim school with friendly, attentive front-desk staff who consistently provide outstanding service. Since enrolling, my children have shown significant improvement in their swimming skills. I would highly recommend this
Great school , instructor give good classes and the heat is perfect for my children and encouraging to swim in.
Absolutely amazing swim school! My kids have learned so much since joining, and the improvement in their confidence and swimming skills has been incredible. The teachers are so patient, encouraging, and really know how to connect with children of all ages. They make every lesson fun while still focusing on technique and safety. I love how the instructors take the time to give individual feedback and celebrate each milestone. I can’t recommend this swim school enough my kids look forward to every class!
