I’ve been without a family doctor for maybe about 1-2 years and then I finally got a call about the VCHC. I got assigned with Karuna and she’s the best. I feel like I found a place that actually listens and truly cares about your health and concerns. She is always so thorough and I just love my visits, it’s like catching up with a friend. I got my fiance to be a patient as well. I love that they offer so many things in the same building. Great place if you’re looking for health care providers.
The decline in communication and service from this clinic over the past decade is unbelievable. The commitment to treatment is not there any more, in the past I felt like every detailed mattered to the staff. My husband came for medical testing and he had to return with his urine sample at a later time , anytime before the clinic is closed accordingly to phlebotomist. So far, they have treated my 14 year old with the utmost care. I am seriously impressed with this clinic. It’s offers a variety of treatments and services that your regular private clinic won’t. My last GP was amazing but I feel he gave up on me after my car accident. After I saw how they treated my son, i immediately made the switch. I hope they treat me just as well as my son.
