Extremely disappointing customer service. I was only 7 minutes late for my appointment, and instead of trying to accommodate me, the indian staff member refused to take me and force and insisted that I reschedule. The attitude I received was also very unpleasant and unprofessional. I understand that being on time is important, but refusing service over just 7 minutes without any attempt to help was very disappointing. One of the most disappointing medical appointments I have experienced. I felt judged and dismissed throughout the appointment. The doctor told me that I “talk too much” and provide too much information, and even stated that this could “ruin my life.” I found this statement inappropriate and unnecessarily alarming. As a healthcare professional, I believe patients should feel comfortable providing their medical history and asking questions without being judged or belittled.
