Health Care service and quality has significantly decreased after the change in nurse practitioner, at least the ones I have been assigned. Nurse Amy was an empathetic, caring and highly knowledgeable professional. Service is now substandard and I'm now left in the lurch with no viable solution to what may be a simple issue. 🥲
Wonderful service, very kind and attentive staff. From reception onwards, all the services are excellent, especially from the attendant Frisca, very kind.
