The decline in communication and service from this clinic over the past decade is unbelievable. The commitment to treatment is not there any more, in the past I felt like every detailed mattered to the staff. My husband came for medical testing and he had to return with his urine sample at a later time , anytime before the clinic is closed accordingly to phlebotomist. So far, they have treated my 14 year old with the utmost care. I am seriously impressed with this clinic. It’s offers a variety of treatments and services that your regular private clinic won’t. My last GP was amazing but I feel he gave up on me after my car accident. After I saw how they treated my son, i immediately made the switch. I hope they treat me just as well as my son. I’ve been seeing Nurse Practitioner Rosanna Yu for years, and she has always provided exceptional care. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during every visit. Rosanna listens carefully to my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly skilled and caring practitioner.
Save your time and energy — go elsewhere if you need a smooth, reliable intake process. After waiting nearly three months, I finally had my intake call. The staff member was late, did not mark me as present, and I was then told I had “missed” the appointment. This forced me to wait another two weeks before trying again.
