Wonderful experience, very quick with repairs. A thorough breakdown of what was needed was sent by email with photos prior to repairs, cost expectations were clear with no surprises and there was communication throughout the process. Jamie-lyn is so pleasant to deal with. I was also able to get a loner car for the day which made everything so much easier. 100% recommend Vaughan. Thanks again for the great service time and time again.
Very good experience from the time I entered the reception area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who explained what they were about to do and did it on time. Both the waiting area and shop are very clean as well.
