I had an extremely negative experience with Vaughan's that wasted my time, cost me hundreds of dollars for no reason, damaged my vehicle, and put lives in danger. In short, do not trust them! My complaint (which a third-party mechanic and their own mechanic admitted was inadequate work on their part (https://studio.youtube.com/video/JbmLETcxN3Y/edit for proof because they lied in their response to my review on Google Maps) - was met with an offer to redo the work for free.
