Back in 2004 Dr Vaughan removed a lower lumbar didn't in my spine and left a gaping hole in my spine, told my grandparents that's all my insurance would cover. I called my insurance and found out that was lie. I was suppose to be ordered physical therapy and he never ordered it. Thanks to him I now have Degenerate Disc Disease and osteoarthritis and am terrified to have anymore surgeries due to the PTSD this bad experience caused. My insurance has since dropped him out of the doctors they cover!
Why even be in business if u guys can't afford to pay a operator to answer your phone or receptionist? I will find another surgeon to hand 250k to
2015 Had surgery on L4 L5. Came out with Cauda Equina Syndrome. Shame on him for not telling me. He knew. 2 surgeries in a week is rough, specially when you come out 1/3 paralyzed
Dr.Allen totally misdiagnosed me. I had stage 4 cancer on my pelvic bone and he gave me steroid shots. After I requested a MRI it was found. Dr Vaughan didn’t have the nerve to tell me he missed it and sent me to another Dr. The new Dr told me I had stage 4 bone cancer and sent me to a oncologist. Even the oncologist said someone really messed up. I had a year dealing with Dr.Allen from physical therapy and shots.
