This office is so mixed up confused understaffed and therefore over stressed it nearly causes a riot in the waiting room. There were people loudly complaining 2 of the 3 times we were there our first vist took 6 hrs the 2nd 4 hrs and 3rd 2 hrs. We saw the Dr. 10 minutes total in 3 visits. Any mistake possible was made each time. The help is untrained. Patients are double and triple booked. We did not have to explain much why we would not return. They know just ask them.
In my book, Dr. Sastry is nothing short of a super hero. She saved my life discovering an elusive root infection that left so many before her guessing for 2 months. She has a unwavering high level of integrity and I found her extremely caring. She might not do what "you" feel is best, or exactly what it is that "you" want.
