My car sales person was Paul Champagnie and I absolutely loved him! He made the buying experience much less painless than I anticipated it would be. He is such a positive person with really great karma which is important to me because he cares about the buyer in addition to making the sale. He treats people the way he would want to be treated and goes out of his way to be helpful! I cannot emphasize enough how important that is to the buyer. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I went for my scheduled appt. there were uncalled for up charges. Also I called ahead to see if they offered ride service while the car was being worked on and was t told they have a shuttle available, but when I got there they said it was only to your home/work and were not going to take us to a nearby restaurant. After service was performed I relayed my concerns to Jarrod Jenkins who offered a lower price but still higher than the one that I was quoted.
Got an oil change and as always it was a great job and awesome customer service thank you to John and to Lon
