I normally have had great service from Vatland but today’s experience was a let down. I made a service appointment a few days in advance, drove across town only to be told they only had one lift working and they wouldn’t get to my car for over 5 hours. I made an appointment, they knew I (and all the other customers) was coming, they have my number but never reached out to let me know they couldn’t keep our appointment. That’s poor service but also just rude. Thankfully St. Lucie Battery and Tire worked me into their schedule... read more

I have to share my experience yesterday in the service department, which was amazing. I dropped my truck off for a service recall, and although my normal service advisor, Terry Felvus was assisting another customer, his team all jumped up to get me squared away before it started to rain. The next day upon picking up my vehicle, which was done very quickly. Terry made it a point to come over. Ask how I was doing, shook my hand and genuinely is one of the friendliest service advisors I’ve ever worked with. Job well done.
