Fantastic store for bath and kitchen components. The selection is great and the sales staff were top shelf material. We truly felt lucky being paired with Enea as our salesperson. He knew his product lines. He added thoughtful suggestions throughout the sales process. And he was exceptionally responsive. Simply stated he's the consummate sales professional.
I specifically placed an order with Vatero for a 16.5” height Toto Drake toilet and waited 2-3 days for it but when plumber opened the box it was a 15” model. Had no choice but to install it cause I had book a plumber to install and I would be charged for cancelling…next appointment was in one week from today and that’s not an option. I have a 95yr old mom who needs a 16.5” comfort height but now I'm stuck with this thing just because they screwed up. There is no need to look anywhere else. It’s a one stop shop. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Especially….. Enea, Robert and Mo. A must visit if you are a new home buyer or renovating.
Purchased 2 toilets, faucet and a mirror from Vatero. Enea was great to deal with. Very easy, no pressure, gave us options. One of the toilet seats were damaged from the manufacturer and Rob made the exchange painless and simple. Would recommend.
