I had an excellent experience with both the product and the company. Even after 4 years, they fully honored the warranty and replaced a damaged part without any arguments or hassle. A special thank you to Robert Spremulli the Warehouse Manager, who took great care of everything. He was very easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company for both quality products and outstanding customer service.

Very disappointed with this company. I called the day before, right before closing, and spoke with an Asian woman who confirmed that they had the specific model I needed. I explained that we would be driving two hours to pick it up because it’s backordered everywhere else. She checked, told me they had it in stock, and said to come between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. After driving all the way there today, she suddenly claimed they had sold all of them that morning.
