My tenants called me and said they were cold and had NO heat. I panicked, because the temperature was forcasted to drop below 40. I called Vasly after hours, he immediately picked up. I explained my situation and he asked if it was urgent, I said yes! He said "no problem, I will have someone there within the hour". AAA+ My 20 year old system was working OK. Then can the tiny little leak. Water only. I had the Gas heat, and AC replaced in two days. All electric. They did the rebate. Minimual disruption. Found and repaired some "errors" in original installation. State of the art thermostat, silent, efficient shiney new system. VERY PROMT. 7am means 7am!
