I’ve been with Dr. Deepa for 15+ years and I’ve seen countless other docs to know and say that she has your best interest at heart. Yes the frot office in clinic is busy, yes there are multiple patients/ back to backs that might sometimes frustrate your wait time but that’s the case with most physicians. Each person’s mindset, medical issue at that time might skew his/her perspective. Deepa is upfront and her straight talk is what appeals most to me. No BS. No stars. I met her once after waiting couple months to get first appointment and she seems to be rushed and outright rude. if a patient is coming to you with the expectation that atleast the Dr have time to listen to their problem and check them. You cann't claim annual physical done without even touching the patient. I dont recommend her
I have very bad headaches I made appointment through my portal and she responds that they don't have any free spot till end of August, I called and asked to make a schedule several times I called and left voice mail, they don't care about patient, I'm really disappointed with this Dr and their staff, I would never call this Dr anymore. And I don't recommend it at all.
