Similar to another reviewer, I contracted a 15-week van build with Daniel and so began my 2 year nightmare. Daniel made commitment after commitment to finish the van with failed commitments each and every time over the course of a year. After one year, the van still had unresolved quality issues and was not fully functional. Vast Overland did a wonderful job building our van. When we described what we wanted to accomplish, Daniel listened. The entire process, from design to delivery, was a collaborative effort. He was honest regarding build options, schedule, changes and cost. His team was always friendly, helpful and busy. Their craftsmanship is readily seen in their product. Absolutely woeful company, the worst experience I have ever had with a business, DO NOT go anywhere near this company. I had a 15 weeks contract for a van build and paid $40,000 up front for labour. Daniel had the van for a full year and it still wasn’t even close to being finished. He informed me it would be finished and ready to pick up on 4 seperate occasions, only for me to arrive and him to flat out refuse to let me have my own van!
