I wanted to thank Vassel's Catering for such a wonderful evening. Our guests raved about the food from start to finish — the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly, the grilled shrimp was a huge hit, and even the broccoli had people going back for seconds! Amazing staff, amazing customer service and amazing food! We did Mexican food and it was so good! We also had 2 staff members on site which I’m so glad we did so we could enjoy our guests and not worry about the food. They were fabulous and made everything a breeze. 12/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Vassel’s Main Street Catering! I reached out only about two and a half weeks before my professional development event, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They quickly put together several menu options that fit within my budget while also taking into account the dietary restrictions of my attendees.
