Super friendly, attentive, and professional!
We were loyal clients of Vasse Vets for years, bringing our fur babies there. However, over a number of recent visits, we consistently encountered staff who were incredibly rude and aggressive. The atmosphere became increasingly unwelcoming, and the rudeness seemed to escalate each time, making us feel very uncomfortable and ultimately leading us to switch to a different veterinary practice.
