Vsc is absolutely incredible they care and look after there members. I have honestly never been to a gym like it. I highly recommend 👌 you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much scott, maddi and all the coaches who have created such an incredible gym
Each season is a different push with your strength, aerobic stamina and partner WODS pushing you to your limits for that day. Loving the love/hate relationship with these workouts. Weird that you can start Loving the movement you dislike the most 🫶🥵 never a dull moment
More than just a gym!! I have dabbled in a few different fitness facilities across the Southwest and I have to say that VSC just feels like home. Not only are Scott & Madi incredible coaches and business owners… they wholeheartedly care about every member at their gym. There is a joyful, genuine community feel when you train at VSC - you really feel like there is a place for you … no matter what age, fitness level, fitness experience or injury. 10/10 highly recommend ⭐️🙌🏻🙏🏻💪🏻
VSC is the land of extraordinary! I’ve only just started but immediately feel myself progressing. The coaches are so welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging yet inclusive of all abilities. I’m so grateful for making the decision to become a VSC member.
