DISGUSTING place. Everything is dingy and outdated. They smoke in the rooms. Doors don’t close all the way. Country junkies hanging around. Staff is rude and obnoxious. Save yourself the fear and go to Frankenmuth!!
There are few words that can describe how BAD this "business" is. Nasty, dirty, out-of-date and the most unprofessional management there could possibly be. Sue, the so-called "manager" of the motel and several rental units in downtown Vassar, is an absolute POS. She's willing to file a false police report, in conjunction with her friends that she rents to in order to create a false narrative to have people kicked out. Bad Motel Really Bad Motel. Dingy dirty rooms icky showers and toilet that runs all the time, stinky water. Angry lady manager who likes to bang on doors every day harassing yelling at somebody. 500 bucks 100 of which is cleaning deposit that they con you out of by threatening to throw you out and micromanaging you. Bad motel bad bad motel. Stay away I made the mistake of giving these micromanaging con-lady harassing manager my 500 hard earned dollars for a months stay. What a mistake it was with bug bites on my legs, running toilet, ugly shower dirty carpets and angry manager each day a different argument with occupants. Dont waste your time coming here, i left 8 days early to get away from these mental people. I may end up taking her to court or filing formal complaints. this was the worst place i have ever stayed i was very disappointed you had to unplug fridge to use microwave and still blew fuses you couldnt control heat it was either a oven or freezing very dirty and i would rather stay in a dumpster than pay 50 dollars a night for the worst room ever!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms need to be updateed. Managment needs to be courtious not rude to customers. Get new desk help
My g/f and I stayed here to attend the car show in Frankenmuth. We wont be staying here again! The room was not vacuumed, the pillows were not clean, and 2 out of the 5 lights in the room did not work! And the bed is not that comfortable. Over all I do not recommend this place to anyone else, and we will not stay there again!
