Worst customer service anywhere. In fact, zero 0 customer service. They do nothing on your behalf and lie through their teeth. Disgraceful excuse for a company serving the medical world.
Fairly horrible experience working with the company and billing team. No follow-up and no appropriate accommodations made for out-of-pocket expenses. Go to Labcorp where they at least appreciate their customers and recognize how hard it is to afford preventive care with insurance.
I booked my 3-hour glucose test through central booking for Nuvance/HealthQuest. They gave me an appointment at 8am on Saturday morning. When I arrived at Northern Dutchess Vassar Diagnostics for my test, I was told they actually can’t offer that test on Saturdays. At 6 months pregnant I had already fasted 10 hours. The staff at Vassar Diagnostics, while sympathetic, were unable to give me my script so I couldn’t go to LabCorp or anywhere else.
