I guess those of us who can't afford the most expensive equipment have no need for repairs. Refused to work on my polen chainsaw, shame is i was referred by a friend who stated how reasonably priced they are and how they do such good work, guess my hard earned money will go elsewhere...

Honestly, I am pretty disappointed with my interaction at the shop today. I have brought in multiple things over the years and had nothing, but good experiences. I have recommended them to multiple people. Today was and exception and I had to say a pretty crappy display of their business model. I walked in with my cub cadet weed eater and all it need was a fuel line replaced and a once over for annual maintenance.
