Took our T5 transporter to Vass in 2021 problems with poor running and heavy white smoke- whilst we have no complaints at all about the work carried out on the ,vehicle they had it for 12 weeks! when we called to ask about progress on our campervan, we were told they were waiting for a part and it had to come from Poland. Very disappointed with how long they kept the vehicle after being told several times “ring next week and it should be ready” but it wasn’t.
