The guys here we really helpful, and did a good job re building my shock. It's not obvious which door to go in, as there is limited signage - use the far left door of the left hand bay. Parking is fairly random. If in a wheelchair, they can open the main garage door to let you in. The smaller door has a gap and a lip. Once inside, their desk area is in the back of the shop. I am had no problem getting there in my wheelchair.
