The woman who does the alterations can be nice, but she can also be very rude. Her work itself is good — I’ve never had an issue with the quality. She recently shortened a pair of trousers for me, nothing major. However, do not leave your items there after she calls you to pick them up. She becomes very upset and makes it known, which I found extremely unprofessional. I honestly felt like I was being scolded like a child. Because of this experience, I’ll be looking for another alteration shop.
