Potato salad was flavorless, potatoes were not fully cooked. Brisket was a bit tough and fatty,but had a nice smoke flavor, other sides rice ( was dry) beans ( dry ) Ordered the 3 meat plate, only brisket, sausage and dino ribs were available. Were given option to double on brisket or sausage, we got dbl brisket and sausage with 3 sides. No mention of a difference in price. $24 became $31. Went to comic con this past Sunday & hit up the food truck. The brisket fries were delicious! Low key wanted more sour cream but the brisket was freakin good. Definitely will hit up Vasquez Drive Thru food truck when they are in town.

All I can say is Wow !!!!!!. That is the most tastiest brisket my husband and myself have ever ever tasted in our whole entire lives. I would just recommend working on the sabor of the rice other than that everything was top-notch!!!!. Definitely be coming to see you again soon where ever yall post up here in corpus!!!!. Amazing !!!!

Was told that we had a food truck in front of our workplace and decided to try it out for the heck of it the service was quick felt like I waited just a couple mins for it I got there brisket bake potatoes and both the Spud and Brisket tasted Amazing hope the come back again because dang it was some real good food
