I was experiencing chronic pain throughout my lower left back/lower left abdomen/left Knee and at times the entire left leg. I came across Vaso Health Osteopathy and made an appointment this Summer. Absolutely phenomenal experience with Helen. I had some sever sciatic pain and she was kind, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Her treatments were tailored to me and I appreciate the time she took to listen and explain. It took a couple of sessions and my body is in a much better state and the pain has subsided.
