Dr Assikis has an amazing energy about him. He continues to give me hope and his treatments have shown positive results many times. He's straight forward and answers all of my questions while maintaining a positive attitude and leaving me with a smile on my face when the appointment is completed. If you're looking for an oncologist, this is the guy you want on your care team.
Dr. Assikis always provides good information. Compared to the broader data, your data (he gives) helps inform how you should feel about your situation. On this latest visit, he was better at humanizing that information. I appreciated feeling like more than just a percentage.
I have bean a patient of Dr Assikis’ for 7 years and cannot over state what a great doctor he is. Kind, happy, spends time with you and explains everything in clearly so I understand treatment and next steps.
Dr. Assikis is personable, engaging and professional. We have 6-month check-ups on blood work where he keeps me informed and encourages me to maintain my wellness regiment.
I was impressed by Dr Assikis’s knowledge and manner. I arrived early for my 1:40 appointment, but it was not until after 3:40 that I saw the doctor. A nurse did apologize for the long wait.
He gave me hope and the courage I needed!
Very knowledgeable, listens, cares, explains and answers questions thoughtfully. He knows his stuff. Have been his patient 11 years and hope he never retires. His staff is well trained, helpful and kind.
He is amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so positive, even when the news is not always what you want to hear. He will take as much time as you need to answer every question completely!
Dr Assikis is a very warm and caring doctor. He listens to your concerns and speaks to you so you can understand. Always responds when message is sent. Highly recommended!!
