The owner of this property is quite the “character” this is reflective based on the majority of the property being empty despite being in a central location as he has ran out all of his previous tenants. I had looked into leasing a unit here, however, during the process I was thrown off by the owner’s racist remarks, as well as derogatory and disturbing comments about previous tenants. The owner of these properties is delusional. He is overcharging for properties that aren't worth the rent price. He bragged about how he kicked out tenants while they were paying his exorbitant rent, lied about how parking works to hype up his real estate. He also exhibited bizarre behavior that raised several red flags: ex. Mentioning that he "wanted belly dancers from Santa Monica" repeatedly and other problematic statements in front of potential tenants.
