As someone entirely new to going to a gym, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Every person I’ve encountered—whether trainers or fellow attendees—has been friendly, genuine, and completely free of ego or judgment. The workouts are challenging and well-structured, and the trainers not only demonstrate techniques before a session, but also provide ongoing technique checks throughout the session. Highly recommended for anyone!

I Love this Gym! The coaches create a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment to work towards your goals. The community of members they have created is top notch. There is never a competitive vibe-only support for the hard work we all accomplish at whatever level we are feeling that day. I am truly grateful for the community at Vashon Strong.

Vashon Strong is a community of diverse, incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming individuals of all ages and abilities. It’s staffed by a team of knowledgeable, dedicated and empathetic coaches who are deeply invested in the health and wellbeing of each community member. I go there for connection, hard work and fun and without fail, always come away feeling a happier, healthier and gratified human.
