Vashon Physical Therapy has been in business since 1981. We take care to post our no show and less than 24 hour cancellation policy in our office. All our patients are asked to read and sign that they are in agreement with our policy before starting therapy. We do this so we can stay in business and serve you. We try to be fair to you by allowing your Therapist to determine if the no show fee should be applied. I had been going to Vashon Physical therapy for three consecutive motor vehicle accidents. I enjoyed my therapist but can't honestly say I ever felt their services to be very helpful. Their equipment is quite dated too. However, my issue came after difficulty with transportation. After my third accident my family no longer had enough vehicles to use.
