Caring and great vibe residence
The staff are lovely and do their best but there are significant management problems here. When my 100 year old veteran mother has raised serious issues the management simply denies her account of what happened, except where poor treatment has been witnessed in which case they simply apologise. This means this is not a safe facility. I strongly advise those seeking care to look elsewhere.
